Looking for an easy way to calculate the exact rate of return (capital appreciation) your stock portfolio is generating?

EQUITY PERFORMANCE is a stock portfolio performance software program that calculates such a return. How? The program takes into account cash flows in and out of your portfolio. Thus, the returns are time-weighted, i.e., exact rates of return are produced.

NOTE: Stocks and mutual funds are priced via the internet. Portfolio valuations can be generated whenever wanted. The program can handle multiple portfolios.

The Program (for users of Windows 95, 98, Me, XP, Vista) will:
  • Calculate time-weighted performance for equity porfolios.
In order to produce true time-weighted performance, cash flow (net of purchases and sales) has to be considered and that is what EQUITY PERFORMANCE does.

  • Calculate time-weighted performance for statement recipients
For investors who receive statements from 401(k) sponsors or financial institutions showing market values and cash flow, the program will generate time-weighted performance numbers.

Shown below and on the exhibits page are examples of reports that would be generated for your stock portfolio. These reports, current status (Table 1), historical status (Table 2) and performance (Table 3), will become valuable tools in managing your portfolio. (For statement recipients, Table 2 and 3 would be produced)
